Privacy Policy

1. Who is the data controller?

This site (fatihgo.com, "FatihGO") is run by Fatih Kunak. This page explains what personal data is collected on the site, why, and what rights you have.

2. What data is collected?

Contact form: when you fill out the form on theContact page, your name, email address and message are sent to me via our form provider, Formspree. This is used only to reply to you — it's never shared or sold for any other purpose.

Ebook downloads: the email you leave to unlock the free ebooks is used to send you the ebooks and to notify you about new guides or videos. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Automatically collected data: Google Analytics (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics collect anonymized usage statistics such as which pages are visited, device/browser type, and approximate location. This data doesn't directly identify you and is used to improve the site.

First-party usage analytics: in addition to GA4, I keep a simple usage log on the site's own servers: a random anonymous session ID generated in your browser, which page you viewed and when, roughly how long you stayed on it, and (if applicable) which ebook you downloaded. This log never stores your IP address and isn't matched to your name — the one exception is if you're signed in with Google for the flight-ticket analysis tool, in which case that session's usage is linked to your account (required for quota tracking). This data is only visible to me, to understand site traffic and which content gets read, and isn't shared with any third party.

3. Cookies

The site uses two kinds of cookies/local storage:

• Essential: browser local storage is used for core functionality, like keeping the ebook unlock and your cookie preference remembered. These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) and the first-party usage analytics described above both only start once you click "Accept" on the cookie banner — they share the same consent. If you don't consent, neither is ever created or sent. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and doesn't collect personal data.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data, which will show the banner again.

4. Who is data shared with?

Data is only shared with the service providers needed to run the site: Formspree (contact form), Cloudflare (hosting and traffic measurement), and Google (GA4 analytics). Each provider's own privacy policy applies to their processing.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to find out whether your data is being processed, request a copy, and request correction or deletion. You can send these requests via the Contact page; I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

6. Children's privacy

The site does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. The date at the top is updated with any meaningful change.
